Autumnal Mist, Animals in City Centre, Flowers and Skies

Up bright and early with Bella's prowling and then - finally -finished off the grouting of the kitchen floor. Then it was off out into the world to see this misty autumnal view down the hill.
At the top of the hill, we emerged into blue skies. sunshine and the top of the mist which filled the Charlcombe Valley.
Went down into town, admiring the display on this flower stand.
The floral displays in the street looked fetching in the morning sunlight as well.
Looking down the main throughfare, which was delightfully relaxed and uncrowded - might be because today is the start of term for most school students.
We went to the Little Theatre to see The Way Way Back - a coming of age movie that was well done (good cast), entertaining and amusing.
On the way back up the hill, saw this little pony being used to help raise funds for a local disabled children's charity.
Back at the top of the hill, these clouds caught my eye.
The afternoon was taken up with the beginnings of re-assembling the kitchen. We have a functioning sink and stove once more, as well as one kitchen unit (which supports the sink's draining board). Tomorrow the washing machine might be reactivated! This evening, again lovely clouds framing a lone microlight buzzing about.
This day a year ago, we took delivery of a big load of logs and filled the woodstore to capacity.
