Out to the van this morning to admire its new sun screens - they are so good at keeping the light out that they will serve as a replacement for our decaying 20 year old curtains, so that's saved a few bob!
Went off into UWE to meet up with Bob and Frank for a practice ahead of our next open mic appearance (Golden Lion on Gloucester Road, Bristol on Monday night). Found this note on the back of the door to the gents' toilets as I left - didn't know if I should ring or not…
Went over to Kingswood to visit M.A.D. Workshop to talk to them about making changes to the interior of the van (basically trading storage space we don't use for sleeping space we could make good use of). On the way there, found myself at traffic lights behind Pixies' van.
Su and I have just been enjoying disassembling bits of the van we don't want. Turned round and saw this lovely sunset.
At the back of the house - even managed to catch some swifts zooming past!
This day a year ago, we were up at Brockham End and saw this chalk art on the trees in the woods.
