On The Way to Symi!!!!

Well, we've left Bath at last! These were our bags waiting for the taxi down to the station

Backing onto the station is a bar/chophouse called "Graze", which has statues of various animals including these chickens.

Looking down the track, waiting for the train. We are now ensconced in the Premier Inn at Gatwick airport - getting up at 3 in the morning for our 5.45 am flight to Rhodes. By tomorrow night we'll be on Symi! 

This day a year ago, we were still recovering from the strong winds of the previous day, but enjoyed some sunshine in the Charlcombe valley.
