After much googling we tracked down a camping supplies shop in Trowbridge where we bought 2 chairs, a bed and a pair of boots. En route we passed this amazing little house in the middle of a housing estate! Trowbridge boasts some rather fine houses but it's still a depressing place and I'm glad we didn't need to stay long. Off to Wells for lunch...
....seemed to take forever to get there. Probably because I was hungry. We were heading for our favourite vegetarian cafe and was hoping they still had some food left as it was nearly 2 o'clock by the time we got there. They're obviously used to latecomers as there was still plenty for us and the many other customers trailing in right up to 3 o'clock. Grub was delicious - veggie hotpot with dumplings AND mashed potato. Both given enormous servings but Marcus bravely finished my leftovers before looking at the choice of cakes on offer!
We decided not to be totally greedy and shared a chocolate yummy thing instead!

I spotted this establishment on my way back to the car! Shop empty..wonder why?
And I've added this as we saw it on Sunday and forgot to tell you. It was on its way to a steam rally at the Park and Ride car park on Lansdown. Isn't it gorgeous!
